From Friday 20 November 2026, new rules apply to the marketing of credit in Denmark. Paying in instalments with Anyday is credit, even Del i 4 with no interest or fees. The rules therefore apply to all marketing of Anyday, both ours and yours, and you and we are both responsible for making sure it complies with them.

The Danish Consumer Ombudsman (Forbrugerombudsmanden) has published draft guidance on the rules, and the final version will be published on 13 November.
