Sisi Copenhagen is a Danish jewelry brand that designs timeless, high-quality jewelry. The assortment ranges from everyday jewelry to engagement and wedding rings, with prices from DKK 150 to DKK 60,000. The brand targets both men and women and is built on a clear ambition to make quality jewelry more accessible without compromising on design or credibility.

Christian Østerbye, co-CEO at Sisi Copenhagen, shares his thoughts on why Anyday is a strong match for their brand and the impact it has had on their sales.

Why did you choose to add Anyday to your checkout?

“We had Anyday up against other alternatives. For us, it was very much about brand perception. We felt that Anyday had a better brand expression, which we could better see ourselves using in our checkout, and it had a more modern technology. In our universe, Anyday simply fit better. We felt that we could brand better with it, and it appeared as a proper and transparent product.”

How did you experience the implementation of Anyday – and how quickly did you start seeing results?

“I remember that it worked relatively seamlessly from the start. There was nothing that I look back on as particularly troublesome, and the onboarding process was uncomplicated. The effect came relatively quickly. It was implemented, and then it basically just started running. It also doesn’t require any special effort in day-to-day operations once it is implemented. It works and generates revenue.”

How could you see it in your sales?

“When I look at the orders, I can clearly see that there are many larger orders. It is often diamond rings and engagement rings, which naturally sit at the higher end of the price range. But there are also quite a few smaller orders of 300–400 DKK. This indicates that there are both customers who use it for large milestone purchases, and customers who almost have a preference for the payment method and use it regularly.

Why do you think Anyday works so well in your checkout?

“It means a lot to our customers that they can split a larger purchase. Especially when it comes to engagement rings, which are often an emotional and important purchase. If you are ready to move forward in the process and want to have a ring on your finger, but do not necessarily want or are able to pay the full amount at once, it provides a flexibility that makes a difference. We never receive negative customer feedback on it. It just runs, and customers seem happy with the option.”
