Anders Dahl, Digital Director at Vibholm, shares his reflections on the impact Anyday has had on their sales.

Why did you choose to add Anyday to your checkout?

"We chose to add Anyday to our checkout because we want to offer a wide range of payment options, allowing customers to choose the solution that best fits their needs. Our assortment spans a wide price range, and we have quite a few products in the higher price segment. In those cases, it makes a lot of sense to offer a flexible split-payment solution. Anyday fits particularly well with more expensive items, where customers may want to invest in quality but still prefer to divide the payment into smaller installments. It reduces the purchase barrier and makes the decision easier."

How quickly did you start seeing an effect?

"We experienced an effect relatively quickly. Anyday already had strong brand awareness in the market when we implemented the solution, so it didn’t require much adjustment from our customers. The payment method was adopted quickly, which meant we could see changes in purchasing behavior shortly after implementation."

How could you see that in your sales?

"We could especially see it in our average order value. Orders paid with Anyday are significantly higher compared to regular card payments. In addition, we see that customers are more likely to choose products in the higher price range when they have the option to split the payment. This suggests that the flexibility gives them the confidence to complete larger purchases that they might otherwise have postponed."

Why do you think Anyday works so well in your checkout?

"Anyday has become an established and recognized payment method in the market, and that trust matters a lot at the checkout moment. When customers encounter a payment solution they already know, it creates a sense of security. At the same time, the concept is simple and transparent. Customers know exactly what they are paying and when."
